1. What this website is

Prosperous Intelligence is a reference data platform on citizenship, residency and global wealth. We compile entry rules and country indicators, normalise them to a 0–⁠100 scale and publish them free of charge.

We are not an immigration consultancy. We do not accept applications, do not represent clients before government authorities, take no commission from any investment-migration programme and do not rank by sponsor.

2. Not professional advice

Content on this website is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and does not create an advisory relationship between users and us. Before making any decision, consult a qualified lawyer, tax specialist or financial adviser in the relevant country.

3. Limits on data accuracy

We check data against official sources and record a version for every index. However:

• Entry rules can change at any time, sometimes without notice;
• The data reflects the most recent check, not real time;
• Actual conditions also depend on nationality, purpose of travel, travel history and the decision of border officials.

Always confirm with the diplomatic mission or the official portal of the destination country before travelling. If you spot an error in the data, please tell us through the Contact page; we will check and correct it.

4. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on the data here. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

This clause does not exclude any liability that Vietnamese law does not allow to be excluded.

5. Intellectual property & citation

The index structure, normalisation method, interface and editorial content belong to us. The names Prosperous Intelligence, Passport Index and the index names are our trademarks.

Permitted: citing figures for journalism, research or non-commercial purposes, provided the source is credited as “Prosperous Intelligence” with a link to the original page and the date of access.

Not permitted: copying all or most of the database; large-scale automated collection that affects operations; reusing the data to build a competing product; or misleading citation that distorts the results. For commercial use, please contact us first.

6. Acceptable use

Users agree not to: attack or probe the system for vulnerabilities; send spam through the forms; generate abnormal load that disrupts the service; or attempt to access the admin area.

7. External links

The website links to government sources and outside organisations. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those sites.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; a new version takes effect when published with its update date. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are to be settled by negotiation first; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam.
