This policy sets out exactly what data Prosperous Intelligence (“we”) collects when people use prosperousintelligence.com, what it is used for, how long it is kept and what rights users have. It is drafted under Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. Who is responsible

Personal data controller: CYPHEON COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH CYPHEON), enterprise code 0319630359, registered office at No. 1 Nguyen Van Nguyen, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the operator of prosperousintelligence.com. 2. What we collect

When a visitor only reads pages, we ask for no information and set no cookies and load no advertising tags until the visitor clicks “Accept” (until then Google Analytics sends only anonymous, cookieless signals).

When a user submits the Contact form, we store:

  • Name, email, phone number, area of interest and the message entered;
  • IP address and browser string (User-Agent) at the time of submission;
  • Traffic source: referring page, campaign parameters (utm_*), landing page and the page the form was sent from;
  • Time of submission.

When someone subscribes to the newsletter, we store the email address, IP address, traffic source and time of subscription.

IP address and User-Agent are kept to prevent spam and form abuse; that is the only purpose of these two fields.

3. What is stored in the browser

Public pages set no cookies by default. Only after the user clicks “Accept”:

  • Google Analytics sets measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count aggregate visits;
  • the ad measurement tags of Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn may set their own cookies (for example _fbp, _ttp, li_fat_id) to measure advertising and show Prosperous Intelligence ads to people who have visited the website.

We also write to the browser’s local storage (localStorage):

  • pi-consent2: records the “Accept” or “Decline” choice. Contains no personal information.
  • pi_attr: first-visit traffic source (referrer, utm_*, landing page). Written only after consent and expires automatically after 90 days. Without consent it is not written, and any earlier entry is deleted.

Users can change or withdraw their choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Only the internal admin area /admin uses a login session cookie. That area is not open to visitors.

4. Legal basis & purposes

  • The user’s consent (Article 11, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), given by submitting a form or clicking “Accept” on the notice.
  • Purposes: replying to the enquiry; sending the newsletter to subscribers; preventing spam and abuse; aggregate measurement to improve data quality; measuring and showing Prosperous Intelligence advertising (only with consent).

We do not send names, emails or phone numbers entered in forms to advertising platforms, do not enable automatic advanced matching, and do not use personal data for scoring or automated decisions about users.

5. Who it is shared with

We do not sell, trade or rent personal data. Data is processed only by:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: the delivery network and firewall in front of the website. Cloudflare processes the IP address of every visit for routing and attack protection.
  • The hosting provider where the website runs and form data is stored.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads): aggregate visit and advertising measurement.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel), TikTok Pte. Ltd. (TikTok Pixel) and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn Insight Tag): advertising measurement and delivery. These platforms receive the IP address, browser information, pages viewed and their own cookies.

All measurement and advertising tags above load only after the user clicks “Accept”. If the user declines, no advertising tag is loaded and Google Analytics runs only in anonymous, cookieless mode. The website self-hosts its fonts, so the browser does not connect to third-party font servers.

Transfers abroad: because Cloudflare’s infrastructure is global, IP addresses may be processed on servers outside Vietnam. With consent, measurement data is also processed by Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn on their infrastructure outside Vietnam. We keep this to the minimum needed.

6. How long it is kept

  • Contact information: until it is no longer needed for the stated purpose, or until deletion is requested.
  • Newsletter subscription: until the subscriber unsubscribes.
  • Anti-spam logs: deleted automatically after a short time (hours).
  • Data in the browser: pi_attr expires after 90 days; it can be removed at any time by clearing the site data in the browser.
  • Advertising platform cookies: kept for each platform’s own period (usually 90 days to 2 years); they can be removed by clearing cookies in the browser.

7. Users’ rights

Under Article 9 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, users have the right: to be informed; to consent / withdraw consent; to access; to rectify; to erase; to restrict processing; to object to processing; to obtain their data; to complain, denounce or sue; and to claim compensation for damage.

Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within 72 hours as required. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

8. Security

All connections use HTTPS. Form data is stored outside the web root (not reachable from a browser). The admin area is password-protected, limits failed log-in attempts and logs out automatically when idle.

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the competent authority and affected people under Article 23 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

9. Children

The website is not aimed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we find any, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

When the way data is collected or used changes, we update this page and the date at the top. It is worth reviewing this page from time to time.
